This shows? exactly the point. While the deluded people are thinking that "value" is somehow connected to the laws of nature, they must realize that it's only sentiment. "Values" are religions. They have no connection to reality or "ground-truth" whatsoever. Dont build houses. Don't produce overcapacities. It's simple as that. But people are stupid. They are always doing what the others are doing.

Go into a small amount of good asset debt like a rental property, you can write off the mortgage interest, your gas and depreciate capital improvements all the? while getting cashflow and buying at the bottom of the market with future value increases doesnt hurt either.

@PaulRevere2012 Not to mention tax increases needed to cover the new social programms, the financial reform bill and cap/trade. The Fed continues to print money which will cause hyper-infaltion within the next 6-12 months, stalling what little consumerism we currently have and leading to 15% min unemployment. The burden will be too great for the average working stiff. Basicly? we're all f@#%ed.
