Wherever you live, THAT is? your residence. Upper case names have no legal meaning. Claiming that use of your name makes someone liable to pay you is just rediculous. Most courts that you see are Common Law / Article III courts, not Maritime Courts. You have a serious lack of understanding, as this video proves.

I sent my Notice of Understanding to the US Attorney General and never heard a word from him. It? stops cops cold in their tracks, because they don't want to be personally liable for exceeding their jurisdiction. YOU should educate yourself. Or, don't. ~ You're wrong. A court that can't get jurisdiction over a defendand simply throws out? the case. But, you must know what to say and what not to say in order to prevent jurisdiction. And, our answer to the IRS is, "Show me the law that mandates that I pay income tax and I'll be happy to pay it." Sovereigns are only subject to law: not to statutes, rules, regulations and code of the corporations.

You have obviously never? seen common law jurisdiction in action, look at freeman in court videos, most if not all, smash any "governments" case in two, judge flee before common law because they are liable for jail, tip when going to court, get name of judge before it starts, then when you write the lien, you dont have a problem and can file a case with the peace officers of fraud and treason. enjoy :)

maybe not, but that's only because the law was written in a language the common man doesn't understand and sets a trap for people to fall into. If enough people stop acquiescing? in silence to the color of law statutes that only apply to those who are breaking the law, we could affect change in this country.

well, i'm glad to see that you won't get in trouble with the irs. these arguments have never been successful in court. there are ways to change the system that don't involve essentially untrue beliefs. the common law movement is based? on pseudo-law, and what people want the law to be. anyway this isn't the venue to change your mind if you've already made it, so i just want to urge you to think think think about this stuff.

I don't pay taxes anyway, I'm? disabled. But ignorance of the law is no excuse for negligence of it. We need to help others to understand their rights and help them not to be taken by the sheisters who call themselves judges, attorneys, police etc... not all are honest, and they won't tell you what your rights are if you don't understand them.

this is a? shame. you do realize that sovereign/freeman/whatever arguments have never been successful in court? the irs won't just say "oh you discovered the magic words," they will tack on large fines. please before you go any further talk to an attorney, talk to friends, talk to pastors. talk to more than one pastor. things are hard and troubling but this will only end up causing you more grief. god bless
