I am a satisfied customer of US Loan Auditors. They were really friendly and helpful. I especially liked how they have attorneys on staff (for case management). Plus, their rates seemed reasonable.

I am a little disappointed because I met with them today and I found out that I didnt have a case. I practically begged them to take me as a client but they said that they wouldnt. I give them credit for their ethics but I am still in a big mess.

I had a great experience with US Loan Auditors. I was coming up from the Bay area and the only time I could do it was a Sunday. My rep was more than accommodating and took time out of his schedule to meet me at his office on Sunday. That takes dedication because I knew that he usually worked Saturdays. It is just another way that US Loan Auditors stands out from the rest.

Your rep is right. I know this firsthand because mine took almost 10 weeks. I actually had two properties that they were handling but I thought the same as you. Why not faster? However, in addition to the reviewing of the documents and submitting the paperwork, the lawyers have to prepare their defense and get all their evidence together when they go after your mortgage company. Thats the downfall with going with these guys. But that also kept the costs down.

5.Does anyone know why it takes so long to find out if your case was won in court or not? My rep keeps telling me that it takes time to file with the court (there is paperwork and legal issues to be dealt with, etc.) but I dont believe him. I mean, if there is a case to be won, it should be quick. Does anyone know?
