totally agreed. Delta's customer service is considerably the worst in the industry. Especially when it comes to international flights.? NEVER fly delta internationally.

Except that @deltaassist SUCKS_ totally screwed us last summer- were NOT at al available, responsive or responsible and did not fix what was wrong- nor adequately? compensate us- total and utter fail.

very good point. Every carrier can try and offer just low prices. But offering this level of service and dedication/interaction to/with the customer really could make a difference.?
